Celebrating the Solemnity of the Feast of St. Joseph:

A Reflection on the Virtues of the Beloved Father

In a morning filled with reverence and gratitude, the community gathered on March 19, 2024, to celebrate the solemnity of the Feast of St. Joseph, the spouse of Mary and foster father of Jesus. As the
morning prayer assembly commenced, hearts were uplifted in reflection upon the life and virtues of this revered saint, whose silent but significant role in the Holy Family continues to inspire generations. The gathering began with a reading from the Gospel according to St. Matthew (1:16, 18-21, 24), which recounts the account of the angel appearing to Joseph in a dream, affirming the divine nature of Mary’s conception and instructing him to take her as his wife. This passage encapsulates Joseph’s unwavering faith, obedience, and love—a testament to his pivotal role in the fulfillment of God’s plan. Read more

The participants will get a deeper understanding of themselves as the primary focus of this retreat, which will last for two days. The most essential thing we have learned from this retreat is how to acknowledge and embrace who we are as a person in the eyes of God. Charism and Spirituality of the Hijas de Jesus Congregation)

Many things we learn in life when it’s too late. But then we can make our future better by enhancing our understanding of life and learning from past mistakes.

When I look back at my earlier years in life, I see that many of the thoughts I had that time have completely changed over time as life unfolds gradually in front of me.

With time, I gain new perspectives. I see more clearly what went wrong to avoid the mistakes I’ve made. Read more
